Visa processing
We help you prepare the paperwork for legally going to work in EU countries: we choose the visa type that fits your situation and country, check the documents from the employer, prepare the application package, book an appointment at the visa centre or consulate and support you until you receive the passport with the visa.
Visas we process
- National work visa (type D) — for Poland, Czechia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Germany and other EU countries, based on a work permit or an employer's declaration.
- Seasonal work visa — up to 9 months a year: agriculture, food processing, tourism and hospitality.
- Other work-related visas — family reunification with a worker, studies with the right to work, business trips; discussed individually.
What the service includes
- Consultation: which visa type suits you, which documents are needed, how long the process takes.
- Checking the employer's documents: work permit, declaration of entrusting work, invitation, employment contract.
- Filling in the visa application form and preparing the package according to the consulate's requirements.
- Booking an appointment at the visa centre or consulate, preparing you for the submission, help with paying the fees.
- Supporting documents when needed: translations, photos, medical insurance for the visa, proof of accommodation.
- Support until the decision: if the consulate requests additional documents, we explain what to provide and how.
Documents usually required
- A passport valid for at least 3 months after the planned stay, with two blank pages.
- A document from the employer: work permit or declaration of entrusting work (for Poland), invitation or contract.
- Visa application form, 35×45 mm photos, proof of payment of the consular fee.
- Medical insurance for the period of stay with coverage of at least EUR 30,000.
- Depending on the country — proof of accommodation, criminal record certificate, ticket bookings.
How it works
- You leave a request or order a call — the manager clarifies the country, the employer and the dates.
- We send the list of documents and prepare the form; you provide scans and originals.
- We book your appointment and explain how the submission goes.
- After the submission we track the status and inform you about the decision.
Timelines and price
A national visa is usually processed within 2 to 4 weeks after submission; the appointment queue depends on the visa centre and the season. The price of the service depends on the country and visa type and does not include the consular and service fees — the manager quotes the exact amount after the consultation.
The decision to issue a visa is made by the consulate. We do not promise “guaranteed” visas and do not work with unreliable documents.
Prices and timelines depend on the country and your situation — the manager confirms them before the work starts.
