Insurance
We help you choose the insurance policy needed for the visa, for crossing the border and for working abroad with peace of mind, and take it out with an insurance company. We work with licensed insurers; the insurance contract is concluded between you and the insurer, and the policy reaches you by e-mail or in a messenger — usually on the day of the request.
Policies we help you take out
- Medical insurance for the visa and the stay — coverage of at least EUR 30,000, valid in all Schengen countries, accepted by consulates and at the border.
- Insurance for the work period — for 3, 6 or 12 months: emergency medical care, dentistry, repatriation.
- Accident insurance — for work in production, warehouses, construction and agriculture.
- Additionally — luggage, trip cancellation, third-party liability.
How it works
- You send your passport details, the country, the travel dates and the type of work.
- We offer two or three policy options with different coverage and prices.
- After paying the insurer you receive the policy and a memo on what to do in case of an insured event; the assistance line works around the clock.
What to pay attention to
- A national visa D requires a policy for the whole validity of the visa or for the first period of stay — we check the requirements of the specific consulate.
- Physical work is usually considered a higher risk: choose a policy that explicitly covers work, otherwise a claim may be refused.
- After employment, the employer in the EU usually registers you in the state insurance system; a private policy is needed until then and for travel.
- The policy must be issued before departure — at the border it may be requested together with the visa.
Price
Depends on the country, the period, your age and the coverage. We tell you the exact amount and the payout terms before payment.
Policies are issued by licensed insurance companies; the payout terms are set by the insurance contract, which is worth reading before payment.
Prices and timelines depend on the country and your situation — the manager confirms them before the work starts.
